Our Story
Grandma Marjorie decided to give maple sugaring a try during World War II when cane sugar was being rationed. As business took off, she borrowed old equipment and bought a team of work horses.
Recent investments in technology have reduced our carbon footprint by 95% while simultaneously cutting costs, allowing us to produce the world’s first line of maple-sweetened ice cream!
